First campaign checklist: what I wish I'd done in the right order

I fumbled my first setup by doing things out of order, so here's the sequence that actually works. Posting it for the next person.
- Connect accounts first. Settings → Connections. Do this before anything else, because a campaign with no connected accounts will save fine and then quietly post nowhere.
- Build the pool second. Upload at least 10–15 videos before you turn on a daily campaign. With fewer than that the 48-hour duplicate guard starts skipping slots and you'll think it's broken.
- Write caption variants third. On the pool itself. Three or four variants is enough to keep things from looking copy-pasted.
- Then create the campaign. Pick platforms, pick daily or hourly, set your start hour.
- Watch the first run before you walk away. Check the post history after the first slot fires. If something's misconfigured you'll see it immediately instead of three days later.
The start hour being UTC tripped me up for a full day. If you want 9am Eastern, that's 13:00 or 14:00 depending on daylight saving, not 9.
