What does Endeavor actually do? Trying to figure out if it fits my use case

I run a small social agency with 9 clients, mostly local service businesses (HVAC, dental, a couple gyms). Right now I'm paying for a scheduler that posts, and separately paying an editor to cut long videos into shorts. I found this looking for something that does both.
